Found this a while back. GM parts for GM cars. Allows the threaded lug covers on standard lug nuts.

Call me stupid, but why not just change over the studs to the correct ones?

Guess I am lucky, my 83 already had the correct studs.

Hmmmmm.......let's see. :-k

Do I want to change out 20 studs or 20 lug nuts to make those wheels work?
I'll already have the lugs off to change the wheels......... #-o

All in personal preference really. I would rather change the studs, but I have all the tools to make it be a very simple job.
