The trans is a TH350, the shifter is a hurst quarter stick.
Everything is adjusted as close as possible. In 1 the cable end slides right into the lever on the trans. In 2nd its pretty damn close, in 3rd you have to pull the lever just a tad. its gets progressively worse going into nuetral, reverse and park. In park you have to pull the lever pretty hard to get the cable end to slide in. The cable had to be adjusted as far as it can go in one direction just to get it this close.
I guess my question is weather or not this is ok. Im not too concerned about 1, 2 and 3 but nuetral and reverse worry me a bit, what can happen if the lever isn't in perfectly 'clicked' in to its position?
