Drive in all gears, tries to drive forward even in park. I disconnected linkage and shifted it by hand, same result. I read somewhere it may be a "s" clip that fell out? Looking for a second opinion

Sounds like it!! Had it happen to me.(T400) Cotter pin broke on the rooster & let it move - same thing can happen on a 350. Drop your pan and hope that's what you find.
Ty bowtie, that's exactly what it was. I ended up dropping pan twice because I could not find it first time. The transmission screen obstructed my view and prevented the pin from falling to bottom of pan. Got it back together shifting good!
