th400 slip yoke with stock drive shaft?

how are you guys doing this? do they sell a slip yoke that takes a stock g body u joint (3R?) or do you have to use a cross u joint? thanks!

I'm reasonably sure that you will need to change from a stock driveshaft on any g-body that you want to put a turbo 400 in anyways. If then you are building a new driveshaft, build it with 1350 u-joint yokes. Then get an adapter joint on the back to mate up to your diff yoke.

I had to have a driveshaft made for my car when I put in th400. Not to mention the spline count is also differant, and drive shaft is shorter than stock

You could use a Conversion U-Joint at the Slip Yoke end.
You will need to shorten the DS so, may as well correct the DS while you're at it or have one made.
TH400 Slip Yoke is 32-Spline.
