TROUBLE WITH SSM BRACKETS AND PINION ANGLE

YES I"M. HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY LOWER SSM BARS AND GETTING THE RIGHT PINION ANGLE.FIRST I SQUARED THE REAR END INTO WHEELWELLS,AROUND 108" WHEELBASE.THEN I INSTALLED DOUBLE ADJ. UPPER CONTROL ARM(CURRIE) TO SET PINION ANGLE, I SET IT AT 2.0 NEG.,BUT WOULD LIKE TO SET IT LIKE 4 NEG, BUT MY CONTROL ARM IS ADJUSTED ALL THE WAY IN,,I THEN INSTALLED UPPER CONTROL ARM TO SET PRE-LOAD,ONE FULL TURN(6 FLATS) TO SHORTEN ARM,TIGHTEN EVERYTHING ,THEN I DROVE IT,GOES STRAIGHT FINE,BUT SEEMS LIKE IT NEEDS MORE PINION ANGLE??ALSO MY PASSENGER SIDE LOWER SSM ARM IS RUBBING AGAINST BACK OF LOWER CONTROL ARM BRACKET.WHAT MAY BE CAUSING THIS?ALSO I'M GETTING A SWAYING FEELING FROM REAREND,SHOULD I WELD THE SSM BRACKETS, TO HELP THAT OUT? ALSO HAD A PANHARD BAR THAT IS 29" LONG AT RIDE HEIGHT,SHOULD I INSTALL IT TO HELP WITH PLANTING TIRES ..... BASICALLY TRYING TO GET THE BEST OUT OF WHAT I HAVE SO FAR,LIKE TO TAKE THIS CAR INTO 11's.

ssm lowers dont work with anything else my buddy tried did not work.try using ssm uppers with the lowers together if not use adjustable bottoms with your adjustable top. or measure your top to see where they are you should have 10" outside bolt to outside bolt in order for bottom ssm to work they are mated to work together.let me know if that helps

Mymonte,quick ? what do you have for a setup?Are they ssm liftbars or ssm 10-12 bolt kit?

YES,I FOUND THAT MY UPPERS ARE 10.5 " FROM BOLT TO BOLT AND THE PASSENGER IS 11" FROM BOLT TO BOLT,I HAVE NO MORE ADJ. WITH DRIVER SIDE UPPER,AND SUGGESTION IF I SHOULD PUT ADJ. LOWERS INSTEAD OF SSM LIFT BARS?IF I PUT ADJ. LOWERS ON,IT CHANGES FROM A LIFT SYSTEM,TO MORE OF A FACTORY STYLE,WILL I NEED TO RAISE UPPER CONTROLARM TOWERS ON 9" BECAUSE LOWERS THEN WILL BE PLACED IN FACTORY HOLE INSTEAD OF SSM BRACKETS.

YES CAN ANYONE TELL ME ,IF THEY HAVE THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THE DISTANCE BETWEEN UPPER CONTROL MOUNTS FOR G-BODY CAR WITH A FORD REAREND ALSO,MY UPPER BRACKETS ARE MOUNTED MORE LIKE A -BODY CAR THAN A G-BODY CAR,I'M WONDERING IF MOSER INSTALLED INCORRECT ONES,MINE RIGHT NOW HAS 4.5" OF SEPERATION BETWEEN BRACKETS AND THEY ARE 7" TALL.ANYONE WITH THOSE MEASUREMENTS LET ME KNOW IF YOU THINK I'VE GOT THE CORRECT UPPER CONTROL ARM BRACKETS.ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE UPPER CONTROL ARMS CAN BE DIFFERENT ANGLES,DRIVER HAS 13.3 DEGREE OF ANGLE,PASSENGER IS AT 12.6 DEGREE OF ANGLE.
