i was looking at the umi driveshaft loop and how it attaches to the underside of the car. It only comes with 4 bolts and washers and looks like thread up into the floor into existing threads? We'r slow at work and im thinking about making my own so and was hoping i wouldnt have to pull the carpet up and drill holes in the floor.

You remove the stamped steel cross member tats before the transmission cross member. Apparently...they don't fit the early G-Bodies.
If you make a decent one . And willing to sell them I will take one off you're hands if the price is right
