What is the best way to run two stages of gas?

Really would like to know what would be best one plate and one fogger or twin foggers and there is also just two stage plates. Anyone have any suggestions or links that would put me on the right track always ran single stage plates now needing to step it up a bit, will be on carbureted sbc.

foggers will give you the best results, I ran 2 plates for a while and loved it, I ran a arming switch (armed both kits) then for the first stage I had a WOT switch and for the second stage I had a button on the shifter worked really nice
