What rear springs you running with anti-roll...pics?

Going to order some stock rear coil springs for the BU. Looking for pics/suggestions for rear coils. Has aa ford 9", anti-roll bar, adj. uppers and 3 way shocks. Parts stores I see offer regular, HD, variable rate springs.
What to get??

Regular only unless your ride height calls for something else. Avoid the variable rate springs at all costs.
