Wheel size for my malibu

I was trying to get info on a rim and tire size to fit my 79 malibu. I dont have the rims yet but they will be 18x8 front and rear. I wanted to know will the tire size of 235/45/18 fit without any problems? Any info on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't see the rear as a problem, but have`nt a clue on the front....

8" should be safe, any wider will stick out with stock suspension/rotors. 235 should be ok too, 45 series will put the tires around 26.5", not sure if there will be an issue there, if anything probably the fenderwells at stock height, may have issues with fender lips if it's lowered.
