Who to reprogram ECM?

Who have you guys gotten to reprogram your ECM? I really don't care to invest in tuner software, since I want to keep my 4.8 stock. Just need to remove VATS, and smog stuff, change gear ratio and tire size info. Any suggestions on somebody that can reprogram my ECM for a reasonable price?

They have a good rep, but I could about buy the software to do it myself for what they are charging.....

they charge as much as everyone else, i paid $225 for PCMforless.com to do mine the first time and they ****ed it up... i had to send it back 3 times.

Hey, I found a great deal. There is a guy on LS1Tech.com that will reprogram for $75. His business name is Wait4me Performance. He is a sponsor there. He will do a wire harness conversion and reprogram ECM for only $300. I've read several positive posts about him. I'm going to give this guy a call.
