Wiring an Electric Choke? Help!?!?!

I just bought me a Holley 600 w/electric choke for the car, and it was a factory 267 2bbl car, and I can't find the factory electric choke wire anywhere, nor do I even know what color it is, if I can't find that wire, what do I need to do to wire up my choke?

You should be able to pigtail it off the wire that runs to the oil pressure switch, at least according to the wiring diagram for the car.

I found a black wire with a pigtail on it sitting in the wiring that runs to my alternator, it also seems to sit in the perfect spot for an electric choke, I hope that could be it.

So long as it's ignition-switched I'm guessing it'll be alright.

ignition switched and a good ground should do the trick.
