Wolfe Racing double adjustable uppers and lowers.

I'm installing an 8.5 rear in my '86 Monte. Ran into a problem will the Wolfe control arms. When I set the rear up, the uppers need to be completely adjusted in to achieve correct wheel placement. The wheels could even be move in more, as much as 2-3 inches. I bought these controls arms used from a member here on MR. He said he ran these on a Moser 9in. Do the controls arms differ from a 8.5 to a 9inch?

Both wheels need to be moved in? If so, it sounds like the rear end is too wide. As for there being a difference between the 8.5" & the 9", that depends on who built it.

if your asking about length, can you compare them to your stock control arms?

problem fixed, the arms were to long. Went with spohn uppers and the problems is fixed.

Cool. So when you said the wheels needed to move "in", you meant forward. Now I get it.
