Yet another parking light problem

All turn signals work when the headlights are off. When the headlights are on, the passenger side front turn signals don't work.Also, when the signal lights are on they blink very slow. Any ideas? Thanks

check to see if your bulbs are backwards in the sockets, If they are, they will work when the headlights are off but be very dim, and once you turn the headlights on it will energize the bright filament and the blinkers will work but not be noticable due to the bright filament overpowering it.
