ZQ8 lug nut question

I just got my new rims mounted and was looking to put them on the bu, the lugnuts supplied are metric and the rear studs are standard. Do I have to change the studs in the rear or is there a standard version of the same lugnut? The front has 1LE brakes so those are metric studs.
