Paint chips - '78-'88

Post by Doober » Wed Oct 07, 2009 2:33 am

There were some pages for other cars and trucks/vans I omitted from the site I found them at (http://www.tcpglobal.com/autocolorlibrary/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Also, '82-'84 listed the same colors. Be sure to look at the photo album, many more than what I posted.

Great info!!! Now I can see what the name of the color on my car is really called! Also to make sure it was a slandered color for my car.

 Thanks :) If you go to the site you can look up more years... some have different codes and colors for colors that have the same name.

:-s is that 79 page the only one the book had? i seem to remember my bu being born autumn maple, but dont see it there. surely now i must retrieve my book from the garage and investigate! I'd hate to think i've been "mispeaking" since 1998 about the stock color lol.

I have an original Chevrolet 1980 paint card for A,B,F & G bodies. There are several colors missing and many of the names are different on the PPG card.

I have a 1980 Chevy Exterior Colors booklet with Madge's original purchase info. I should get it scanned & post it sometime. I should scan & post all my info sometime... That would take a while.
