Door bolt torque specs question

I used hard as nails on it seeing it keeps out the water from getting between hinge and body and doesnt crack over time. I tighten the bolts like if you were doing an intake with a 6 inch rachet and 6 inch extension. Anything longer is to much leverage and to long of an extention takes away from the Torque applied to the bolts. 30-35 pounds is what I am guessing it around. Never had one break or a door fall off yet going down the quarter mile.

Originally used seam sealer, the brush-on type. I'd use urethane sealer...stays flexible and will seal out water intrusion.
