Anyone know if someone makes either a trunk panel for G-body without the spare tire well or a panel to cover the spare tire well hole if I cut it out?

If there is such an animal I'd like to know myself,I was figuring on making a cover for the hole myself,I have a buddy that has a bead roller,might be kind of interesting!
