Not a 'Bu, but close enough :)

I bought some older ZQ8's over the winter and decided to slap them on to see if I like the look on my car. The tires are shot and I would obviously get larger ones than the 225's that are currently on them (probably 245 or 255/50), and it would surely need a 2" or so drop to look right as well. I would also like to "go over" them as there is some minor peeling clear and nicks that can be taken care of. I thought I wouldn't like it without the RWL, but I think this wheel suits these cars well with the flat design.

What do you guys think? ZQ8's or stock 86-88 SS wheels?

Again with the stockers! If you ever change the wheel/tire combo, the only thing that would be right other that stock is big billet hoops or Welds for racing.

Thanks for the kind words guys

Seems like the stockers are the heavy favorite. I really like them as well, but think I may use the ZQ8's here and there just for a change now and then.... we'll see. Thanks for the opinions 8)

Not a big fan of Welds, and I don't race. Some nice 17's would be cool, but I just don't see myself dropping that kind of money on wheels/tires (maybe after paint :) )

I am probably going to lower it even with the stock wheels, and will be using new drop springs and probably saving the exisiting ones.
