breaking in motor with turbo?

Whats up everyone. Im putting together a 496BBC with a single turbo with a blow-thru carb, in a 86' regal. The motor is set up for boost (o-ring block, splayed main, 8.7:1 blower pistons, forged bottom end, cooper head gaskets, etc.) This is a fresh rebuild and has never been started/ broken in. Should I break the motor in naturally aspirated or start it and break it in as a complete system with the turbo.
Also I was thinking of running either 96mm or a 106 mm. This is a car I will drive on the streets sometimes and take to the track every-now-and-then. Any suggestions on the turbo sizes I listed above, brands, etc. will be greatly appreciated. THANKS
