I have that same cam in a little 377 stroker and it make some unreal power. Runs mid 12s in a 81 cuddy with a 3.42 gear and vortec heads. Would be my first choice.

- retrofit
- OE roller (late model blocks with factory roller provisions)

Will probably be fine with a/c and make good power.

You'll definitely need the springs to run this Camshaft. Quick glance at doobers links they appear to be the same just cam only and one is retrofit and the other is for a roller block.

Find that the cam used in the ZZ series crate mtrs is acceptable with AC. I use the stock solenoid that raises the rpms when the compressor is engaged. The solenoid should be used with whatever cam is used.
