With a trans brake and manual v/body vs. a automatic footbraking (same car and converter, turbo 350) which would be faster?

It just depends. I've had cars faster on the brake, some faster off the footbrake. Typically within .05 either direction of each other, so not a mind blowing difference.
Thanks for responding bud that's what I was looking for. I wasn't looking forward to a manual valve body driving on the street. But I would have done it if It would help my times.
