ok I am a newbe at painting so is there a portion chart for mixing blitz black like so much paint and so much thinner and hardner? sorry really don't know anything and I am going to give painting a try. Thx Danny

Bought all the recommended supplies and shot mine tonight..Looks freakin sweet! This is the first car I've ever painted and with the help of my dad I think it turned out really nice. Had a bit of a learning curve, but I REALLY like it. NEver has my LS looked so sinister! This is with two coats. Better pictures when its fully assembled

That does look great, nice job! I bought the hot rod flatz a few weeks ago, should be spraying mine in a couple weeks.

I'm wondering....can you sand defects out of the finish? I've never painted a car, but with the shops wanting over $3k to paint a 5th gen El Camino I might give it a try. I like the black satin look, but what about maintaining the finish? Obviously you wouldn't wax it. How would one keep it spot and streak free?
