I would put Vortecs with a cam (maybe higher compression short block) and a black-painted intake on that, leave as much of that crap up top as I could, the widest 14" wheels I could find, and make everybody wonder why Gram's old car was so fast 8)

I'm really surprised it doesn't have a/c

Wow. That's really nice! HATE the bumper impact strips though. GM ruined a pretty bumper by putting those on there, if you ask me. I love the wheels too! Whoever buys that one better keep it stock.

That's what I plan on doing with mine... my intake is bare aluminum right now but if/when I make it a 383 I want to get some center/perimeter bolt adapters for the valve covers and make it look close as I can to a stock small block.
