ok, 71 12 bolt on board. just got a set of 16" irocs given to me. rears measure right at 5" b/s. what tire can i run and get away with with a rolled fender and the 5" b/s? anyone have any ideas? would love to run a 26x11.50-16 but i dunno. thats a lot of tire......

I run a 255/50/16 drag radial. I already cut the inner fender lips so thats the biggest tire I can run with out problems.

I have both mids 80's irocs and gta's. I measure both "rears" at 5 1/8in bs from the outside lip to the mounting pad. Btw I running a early 70's 10 bolt.

thanks for the info. yes i too measured 5 1/8 but i dropped the .125 since i thought it was to the bead area....but good news anyway. looks like i may have a perscription for hooking with stock type parts!
