Charlie,
Depending on the backspace of the Pontiac wheels. that will determine how close the tires will come to the frame rails. 255/ 60 is a pretty wide tire..
You might have to do the wheel spacer trick...

If you have the same backspacing as my Monte SS alloy wheels, (I think it's 3.75") the 255/60R15s fit fine. That's what I run.

Thanks. If it ever quits raining I'll go out and measure them. Looking for front size recomendations. It's gonna get driven. I'm thinkin' 205/65 or 215-225/60-15's.
I know the Monte SS had 215/65's but I dont want to run quite that tall a front tire.
thanks

I run 235/60R15's on the front. No problems with lock-to-lock, very minor rub on the "lip" of the inner wheelhousing if I ran over speed bumps at 40 MPH with the stock mushy springs. I don't know how it'll be with the B-body spindles yet, but Doug @ Global West says it'l be fine.
