so i have a set of seatbelts i dont have a clue what there out of but there 2 parts my dad said there from the early seventies but we couldnt figure out anything else, could i get in any trouble for using them in the bu?

Well what I remember I believe it is illeagle to modify or remove original equipment safety items period,so anyone running around with race belts by the letter of the law is illeagle even though they are much safer than OEM eqpt,If installed properly that is,the way I see it whatever you are using as long as you're strapped in you'll probably never have law enforcement say a word,unless it's a highway patrol and he's mad at you for some reason or another!!
