so,after i put the body &the frame back together with new bushings etc,etc.i squared the body and the nose so it was even all around.even the support was in the center,the lines were nice &even popped the new oem hood on and layed the new oem 82 style headlight mnting panel on the older style fenders only to discover that it was to narrow on both sides by more than an 1/8 inch!like i said before,the gaps were nice,not to tight,not to big.the gaps on these cars were not so nice when they were new but what the h*ll?i've since added the needed material on both ends and moved on but i don't run into alot of el caminos with this set up at shows around here,so i was wondering if someone had the same problem on here.thanks.CR
