Your Saturn has a Honda driveline, I don't think the wheels will fit.

I tried some import rims on my small bolt Mopar once and the studs were about 1/16" off from allowing the lugnut to seat properly :x they were free too....

I read on the FWD A-body forum, a guy using a set of Ford 4.5 pattern wheels from a Crown Vic on a ,,,don't remember exactly which FWD GM car, but they apparently fit nicely and look great.
I missed out on a set of Eagle 192 series alloys for my FWD Olds...nice wheels and tires, and they went for a paltry $275.00....I would have scarfed them up if I had known that the 4.5 bolt circle would fit the 115mm bolt circle...that cost was with shipping included...the wheels were from a Chrysler Sebring.... 16 x7's
I think the 4.5 bolt circle is the same as 114.2, or something like that...
