I ve seen these available.if you have one of these installed ,do you still need the cable hooked up to the carb? I know years ago,if you did this to a Torqueflite,you eliminated that hookup. TIA

I dont know .I thought i read some where that TCI has a valve body for the GM over drives(200 4R and the 700R4)that once installed the TV cable is not needed.

No cable needed.....and they work great too!

if your running a manual valve body there is no need for the tv cable
