allignment help please.......................

I need help figuring out what do about not having any more adjustment on my control arms. Im not sure if its called caster or camber adjustment. But the last time I got an allignment the tech told me he had to take all the front shims off from the control arm closet to the radiator on both sides. the allignment is good now and has been for a few years since it was done but I wanna freshen up the upper a arms and upper ball joints and sway bar bushings and stabalizer bushings with poly units. I was thinking of taking the a frame shafts to a machine shop and have them shave off some metal only on the front bolt side but then that will only give me maybe 1 shim of adjustment. does anyone know a better way to get back some adjustment. the rear side is easy I guess you just add more shims but the front you can only take off whats there and there all gone. Please please someone give me some hope.
