What do you guys recommend for the front brake disc :?: pads for 83 Malibu wagon. I have switched to manual brakes but feel like the front ain't grabbing like it should.

Brakes will not hold
I have the same problem-I used a 78 malibu, manual master on my 80 wagon.It has a good solid pedal and the rod is in the correct position.355 s/b-- 350 trans w/3000 stall 10in conv. It wants to push the car at 1500 rpm.Is there a brake pad recommended that would hold better. 12.40's @ 106mph --1.67 60 ft. Thanks Bob.
