body work almost finished

finailly got some time to work on my car.. i went ahead and patched the doors for now until i have money to get new ones but it well get me buy for now. i already order my motor parts cant wait for them to get here. 11:9:1 comperssion pistons. but heres some pics of it coming along..

i got some more pics of it finished but my computer is acting up so ill try to upload it tommarow.

I GUESS IM GLAD I HAVE A 40000 MILE ONE OWNER CAR WITH NO RUST TO WORK WITH, BUTTTTT I HAVE HAD PLENTY OF G BODYS THAT WERE ROTTED BEYOND ANYTHING YOU COULD IMAGINE

yea the main spots that are bad are the doors. but i can always change thoughs out which i plan on later down the road. the spots on the quator just were a couple little spots that were starting , i went ahead and fixed it now people it was to late. welded in new pieces so shes good to go.i just cant wait to spray it all in one cover..lol cool.gif

i relate with the rust i finally bought one 80% rust/rot free but still need a paint job my 81 just about every floor panel needs replace ,lower quaters,doors,door jamb the usual but wont be fixing it .looks like your rides comin along keep it going .

Any updates as I have to repair the same area of our 79 Bu? Were you able to find the replacements parts any where?
