Well, first off is it a tbi motor? or a TPI motor. If it's the original from an 86 Vette, Then it's a TPI, and yes it's pretty straight forward. Drop it in, you'll have to chage/modify the trans crossmember, and figure out the fuel supply system and wiring. Should make for a nice driver! HTH

monte carlo 4.3 sending unit, corvette fuel pump, visit performance plumbing.com and they can hook you up with the necessary fittings for the unit and fuel rails, that way you can use your stock lines. The harness and computer will need to be modified. Also,if you want some extra horses freed up, you can have a lt1 intake modified to fit the tpi engine.

Everything I mentioned above is whats needed. The tankis already pressurized once the filler cap is tightened, perhaps they meant a baffled tank(85-87 Monte Carlo 4.3 or Buick GN), but you can use your stock tankand an inline electric pump, or drop the Monte Carlo 4.3 sender unitin your stock tank with a fuel pump.
