I'm using the vent line as my return on mine as well. I removed the pickup and drilled out the orifice in the vent just so it would have no restrictions.

As far as the wagon tank. I am using the stock tank and pickup and using a walbro inline pump, stock 5.3 regulator. The electronics are handled by a modified speartech harness and ecm

whats the price differance in using a speartech harness as opposed to a painless kit?

$450 if you already have a harness. $750 I think if you don't. My lift out came with a harness so it was a no brainer. Also the painless harness is not in loom, taped, routed and ready to go. It has the connectors on it but thats about it.

That $450/$750, is that the Speartech kit? Also, do they just need the engine compartment side (I haven't looked at any LSx wiring so I don't know how everything is wired)?
