First time making ribs.

I finally got a charcoal grill and have been seeing all kinds of shows/articles about making ribs. They turned out really good IMO... They're gone!

I put some seasonings on them, and some coke too, and let them sit for a couple of hours.

Even the dog liked her share!

Make sure you pull the membrane off the back of the ribs!. Those look great!
