Fuel flow checking for nitrous.

When checking fuel flow for nitrous system. What size jet do you use for the restriction? Ive read #70 Holley jet.

I typically use whatever jet I have in the fuel side of the tune up. If I run a .120 jet I use that to flow the system. Not the way everyone does it, but the guy I learned it from is pretty successful with his nitrous tuning!
