Holley choke question

Where do you guys hook the 12 volt wire for the electric choke and what size wire do you use? I got an intake with the carb and it has the electric choke and I just need to know what power source to use for it.

I checked into this and found it on a wire diagram I pulled up on the local library web site. Looks to be a brown wire coming from the alt.

Electric choke wires are just a switched power source, last time I checked. Just hook in a 14-16 guage wire to something that is switched power and it will power on just fine. As long as the power is switched on, it will heat up and unchoke in the appropriate time.
Let me know if I am wrong about this. This is how I found it out... I am kind of an electrical junky.

This is for a '80.......

Looks like it's wired off the oil pressure switch..........easier to do like rjleiker suggested..
