This is a complete motor, I was going to build it for mileage but now I am going to a diesel 4bt Cummins, this is a free motor to someone here or on MT, I dont want to scrap it but it has to go, it ran but had low oil pressure at idle, Vortec motor I think, come and get it, located in S/W Coulmbus, Ohio, Thanks, matty man 8)

Good luck with the diesel swap. I'm interested in hearing how that works out. Have you given any thought to the Cummins' extra weight?

I have the weight somewhere, I think it is the same as a big block, found a spec sheet for a Marine 4bt it is 1000 lbs, ( but has extra cooling for sea water & radiator) so my guess is 800 lbs. The rear end will have to go, the torque will kill it I think. Looking to put in a 9 inch, I want to tow with the wagon as well, hope to carry a trailer and another G body on it, beef up the rear section of the frame and go! matty man 8)
