lil help. 275 60 15 white stripe

Who the heck makes 275 60 15 white stripe tires? Cant seem to find who makes these. Member Appsk8r had them on his car but cant seem to contact him to get info. Link to his car

I was discussing this with a friend a while back, and he mentioned using the same paint that is used on swimming pool liners to add "white walls" to pretty much any tire. I never did persue it, so I cannot assist in where to find it.
