Malibu Windshield trim interchange..

Alright i know malibu 2 door windshields are all pretty much interchangeble from 78-87 g-bodys, i picked up a 79 malibu dragcar last week and has a lexan windshield that is cracked and im going to put replacement glass back in it. The car is missing all trim around windshield and trim at bottom on glass on cowl. My question is if the windshields interchange will trim?

i think it should i took trim from a 78 parts car and used it on my 80 sold a part of the back trim to a buddy that has an 81 worked on his to ...

but you think monte or regal trim would fit on malibu?

Yes, All two door G-body front windsheild trim is the same.. Doug
