I remember driving this car back in 1990 before I bought a 1987 Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe. The payments on that took all my money that I was going to use on this car. This was not a rusty car when I quit working on it. After sitting in the back yard from 1990 until Dec 2010....well...you can see what happens...it literally "rusted away". This was one of those two tone "black top" "silver bottom" cars with factory black interior. You can see the engine and trans in the back ground....it didn't even need to be unbolted from the frame....because the frame was rusted out THAT BAD!

I had a picture but the hard drive on the computer went bad and I lost it. I do have a VHS video of it "somewhere".

I dont understand why is it upside down and look like it had been crushed judging by the doors?

Here is what it looked like this past week before it was turned over and dragged to the front yard. There really wasn't enough frame there to support the body or the engine.... :shock:

Not wrecked at all...just didn't have the money to finish the car. It was a running and driving car with a V6.

I already had my 1st 78 Malibu (the yellow one in my sig) for 4 years and when I bought the Monte Carlo SS I just let this Malibu rot away... really stupid on my part. The black interior that's in my yellowbu is from this car.

Ya, it's all bent up because mean children from the neighborhood came over there and jumped all on it. I (on the other hand) bent the doors up trying to get all the glass out before someone shot them out with a gun. :roll:
