Wow! 3.50 for a 1st gear! That should come outa the hole quiclky. I remember boltin up a 5spd outa 87' T-Bird TC into a 90' LX 5.0 & it had a 3.55 1st & knocked off more than a sec. off mt e.t.. I remember modifying the pilot bearing as they did'nt make 1 yet for that app. I would say my 4spd's 1st is near a 2.89 or so.
