I know this doesn't answer your spring specs question but I can add a little information to consider. I installed a 9" in my malibu which raised the stock ride height 2". I put on 15" rims which raised .5" I installed Eibach 2" drop springs in the rear to raise my ride height .5" from stock. Now it rides like a caddy and handles like a slot car.

I am not sure where you measured at so I measured the top of the wheel well lips with a full tank of gas. 25" front and 27" rear. I put f41 suspension bars on my malibu with 1" lower front and 2" lower rear Eibach Sport springs. I have stock front end with polygraphite bushings and performance gas shocks. In the rear I put a 9" with tubular UMI control arms, sway bar and gas shocks. I have 255/60/15's that fit under nicely. I built the car to drive. I don't pull wheelies and it hooks up good. I can street/strip, road race and even drift if I had to. Sorry I rambled on but hope the info helps.
