sbc 396 head & performance

I'm about to build me a new motor it will be a sbc 396 dart block (little m) an need to no what head to use on it will be a nitrous motor also trying to run around 5.80-5.60 if someone could give me some kind of input would help me so much

The top 3 i would choose from are: Dart, brodix and AFR

yeah thats what i was thinking but don't no witch one to pick from like AFR but have run DART cast iron heads and liked them to just need some more input

Need to know more about the motor like cam, compression, intake, carb, transmission, gears that way we all could give you the best advice.
