Steering adjustment

Hey guys

I just recently put a manual box from a s10 on my malibu and would like to get the steering wheel back to the factory spot. Do i take the rag joint off and spin it till the wheel is back in the factory place or is there another method.

take it to your local alignment shop and have them straighten the wheel through adjusting the tie rods, and get your toe checked at the same time. its really very cheap, but its worth a bunch when you wear out your blinker cam from having to hold it one way or the other.

Agreed. I drove mine with a half-crooked steering wheel for a while, it was annoying, partially because I hate a crooked steering wheel :lol: Plus your alignment will be correct
