where is the best pace to find a rebuild kit for my 79 olds ,all the local parts store are selling stock rebuilds i want a performance rebuild

I bought everything, meaning suspension and body bushings, and all steering parts from suspension.com with perfect success.
The bushings were Energy Suspension and the steering parts they supplied were AIM brand.
What exactly do you mean by a "performance rebuild"? That's a big question. What are you rebuilding?
There are various bushing choices from rubber to poly to solid each with its own merits.
As far a steering components- beside going over the top with rack & pinion and/or hiem joints. The only thing going is the "stock" tie rod ends, drag link, etc. And yes there are differences between various of these steering parts.
Please clarify with a little more detail what you are trying to do.

x2..thats where I got all my stuff from when I re-did my front and rear suspension...also got my body mounts from them..
