Thoughts on these front tires

I'm thinking these for the fronts. I will see some street time but the big thing is I can get these mounted for about $35ea compared to paying $130ea for some MT ET fronts.
Now these do weigh 17Lbs compared to 12Lbs on the MT's.
I'm gonna run these anyway and save myself $200 :mrgreen: I'll just buy a bigger NOS kit :twisted:

Just be careful with the speed rating. Sometimes those smaller passenger car tires aren't rated for any decent constant speeds. Shouldn't really be a problem, though. People ran stock VW Bug tires for fronts for years.

Speed shouldn't be a problem here..just 1/8th mile track. Bad news is those tires have been sold out (no more in country). trying to find something equivalent now

I run skinny *ss Eco car tires up front. cheap as hell and give me no grief. No clue how fast ive had them, but right around 100 multiple times with no issues

My buddy found something for me. Will be getting those and the new ET Streets mounted on the Billet Specialties Street Lites next week :mrgreen:
Now I just have to get the car ready
