whats the biggest tier i can fit under my 81 malibu im looking at a 29 inch tall and 11.5 inch contact pad??? any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Bigger than what you want with a notch and minitub. Without, 30x9 or 28x10.5 without rolling/cutting the fender lip or sitting high out back.
