Uni-lug wheels and big block torque

Have my eye on a set of old school ET slotted cast aluminum wheels. Guy has them chained to a tree, for sale, down the road.

I noticed they are unilug. Is that going to be a problem with sticky tires and a hard launch from a street type big block?

I would n`t think so.Theres people running wheel spacers with slicks .

I'm probably wrong, but I seem to recall something about Unilugs not being NHRA legal.
