if i install a set of upper and lower tubular front control arms in my STREET driven elcamino?yea they look awesome and their made with more caster by design but is it worth the money in my case?i already rebushed and powdercoated my stock uppers&lowers.yea the polys not the best on the street but i can't help but wonder about them.thanks

If you are talking about TRZ arms it will lighten up the front end about 25 pounds. They also move more freely than the stock pieces and you already know about the additional caster. Plus they LOOK COOL ;)

thanks kevin,i'm just wondering if they were worth it as a whole.i just changed my rears to GW and it got me thinking.

If you're thinking about using GW "Negative Roll" front arms, be aware that there's no geometry change from stock in the lowers. The stock ones refitted with Delalum bushings are a lot cheaper.

thanks tommy,i was more asking about the benefit of a tubular set up in the front.if i could do it again i'd out fit my oe arms with the GW peices.

I'm talking about the front A-arms. You don't really gain anything by changining the lowers other than a little weight loss, especially if you replace the stock bushings with Delalum.
